WC Search Orders By Product Pro adds a rule builder to the WooCommerce orders screen. Show the orders that contain any, all, only or none of the products you choose, see the units and value that matched, and save the search for next time. When the list is right, export it or change every status at once, across every page.

It builds on the free WC Search Orders By Product plugin. The free product filters stay free; Pro adds everything below.

Features

• Rules the orders list never had. Orders that contain any, all, only or none of chosen products, categories, tags, brands or SKUs.
• Attributes and quantities. Size L across every product, “3 or more of this” or orders with more than 5 items.
• Order filters in the same panel. Several statuses at once, a date range, a total range, a coupon, a customer role, guest or registered.
• A summary of what matched. Orders, units and value of the chosen products across every page, plus a “matching items only” view that works as a pick list.
• Saved views. Your regular searches as tabs above the orders list, personal or shared with the team.
• Export every match. A CSV with one row per order or one row per matching item.
• Bulk status change across every page. With a confirmation and a note on each order. Customer emails are off unless you turn them on.
• SKU at order time. Orders keep the SKU they were placed with, so renamed SKUs still find their old orders.
• REST API and WooCommerce Subscriptions. The same rules work on /wc/v3/orders and on the Subscriptions list.

Fast on large stores

Rules run inside WooCommerce’s own order query and use its indexed tables. Tested on a store with 100,000 orders. Works with High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) and the older posts storage.
