Products & Licensing

If automatic renewal is enabled, your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Software licenses are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned or transferred to another individual, organization or account without our prior written approval.

If you require a license transfer due to a business acquisition, company restructuring or other exceptional circumstances, please contact our support team. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Our total liability arising from or relating to any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable product during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
